How quickly can I get support from a GuideStack expert?

GuideStack experts can provide support on quite short notice, depending on availability. After signing up, you will have access to our expert directory. From there, you can view experts’ specializations and calendar availability. You can book sessions directly on experts’ calendars.
GuideStack experts are required to provide notes after each advisory session. They will document the topics discussed, actions taken, recommended tools and next steps. All session notes will become part of your IT profile, which you can reference at any time.
No need to stress about remembering technical details, since the experts are responsible for documenting each session!
Do I need to pay to be a GuideStack member?

Joining GuideStack is free! Signing up gives you access to all platform content, as well as the ability to comment and post questions on articles. If you are interested in more tailored advice and project support, we charge an hourly rate for 1x1 advisory sessions with experts.
How does GuideStack charge for advisory sessions?

We charge a flat hourly rate for all expert advisory sessions. We ask for credit card information before booking a session, but we won’t charge your card until after the session is finished.
